  1. 1 1/2 cup Churo Spiced Almonds-Mariners Church Farmers Market (or other nuts)
  2. 1 cup Fresh Pitted Dates
  3. 1 Tbs Honey
  4. 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
  5. 1 Tbs Protein Powder (I used Arbonne Vanilla Shake)
  6. 1 Tbs Chia Seeds
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor (nuts first) and blend until you get a mixture you can squeeze together in your hand.
  2. Roll into balls
  3. If you prefer bars, place parchment paper in a glass pan and press mixture into pan, approximately 1/2 an inch thick. Refrigerate about 30 minutes before cutting
  1. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
