Are you tired of feeling sick and tired? Have you had enough of feeling drained at 3:00 every afternoon and the brain fog that we’d like to blame on our age and crazy days of running around? Maybe it’s just me? This of course is all in addition to the ignored section of the closet that holds the clothes that no longer fit as well as they once did. Why is that? Are we really going to continue to blame the mid life weight gain on having children. How much mileage can we get out of “My body was never the same after having kids.”

The reality is women are expected to do it all, and in doing so we are neglecting ourselves. Why not change that and think of ourselves, and the benefits our families gain when we learn to eat better for ourselves and in turn feed our husbands and children.

Do you dream about having a calmer household? Oh gosh…I know I do. What does this have to do with food you ask? Eating sugary, processed manufactured foods make us ALL cranky, tired, bloated and generally yuck, and when I feel this way I tend to be a crab and not a joy to be around. And neither are our kids or husbands. So what’s the answer? Eating whole unprocessed unmanufactured naturally grown foods. That’s it, it’s that simple!
