Crock Pot Shredded Chicken

  1. 6-8 organic boneless skinless chicken thighs
  2. 1/4-1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
  1. Pour about 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos in your crockpot
  2. Place chicken thighs snuggly in pot
  3. Pour about another 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos over the chicken
  4. Cover with the lid, turn onto high and cook for approximately 4-5 hours. When chicken is easily pulled apart with forks it's done.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot, turn off the heat and let sit in ins own juices
