Ingredients
  1. 1.5-2 lbs ground turkey or pork or a combination
  2. 1 c gluten free rolled oats
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 small jar tomato paste
  5. 2 tsp onion powder
  6. 2 tsp garlic powder
  7. 2 tsp greek seasoning (kasandrinos.com)
  8. 2 TBS coconut aminos
  9. 2 TBS worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 tsp sea salt
  11. 1 TBS ketchup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, use your hands to thoroughly mix together all ingredients, EXCEPT the ketchup
  3. Place the meat mixture in a loaf pan top with the ketchup and bake.
  4. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees and no pink in the middle
Notes
  1. If using ground turkey please use full fat for a tastier loaf
