Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cup raw cashews (or other nuts)
  2. 1 cup pitted medijool dates
  3. 1 tbsp coconut oil
  4. 1 tbsp cacao powder
  5. 1 tbsp hemp protein powder (or whatever you have on hand)
  6. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  7. 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients (nuts first) in the food processor and blend until you get a smooth texture
  2. Roll into balls or press into a pan to be cut into squares
  3. Store in the refrigerator or freeze
